Where Are You Located?
I’m based in Jülich, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
How Much Does It Cost to Make a Dress?
Please refer to our Price List. These are base prices and may vary depending on design details and complexity. A custom quote will be provided during or after your consultation.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Occasion Dresses: Book at least 5–6 weeks in advance.
Bridal Gowns: I recommend booking 5–8 weeks ahead.
Dresses with intricate designs involving beading, layers, or handwork may take longer.
Can You Make My Dress If I Don’t Live in Germany?
Yes! We accept international orders. Measurements are taken virtually during consultation. The first 30 minutes are free.
Additional time is charged at €20 per 30 minutes. These consultation charges will be deducted from your final quote.
Do You Accept Express Orders?
Yes, depending on availability. Express orders incur an additional fee for expedited service.
How Does the Booking Process Work?
1. Send Your Inspiration
Share clear images or videos of your desired style.
2. Book a Consultation
We’ll discuss your vision, event, and preferences either in person or virtually.
The first 30 minutes are free.
Additional time is charged at €20 per 30 minutes. These consultation charges will be deducted from your final quote.
3. Design & Measurements
Once the design is finalized, we’ll take your full-body measurements.
4. Fabric Selection
You can provide your own fabric, or I can help source the perfect one for you.
5. Fittings
Fittings will be scheduled as needed to ensure the perfect fit.
6. Final Pickup or Delivery
Your custom dress will be ready for collection or shipping.
Can I Bring My Own Fabric?
Yes, you’re welcome to provide your own fabric. I’ll confirm whether it suits the design before we begin.
What If I Need Changes After the Dress Is Finished?
Minor adjustments are included.
Major design changes after production may incur an additional fee.
Do You Offer Alterations on Non-Custom Garments?
Yes, depending on availability and the garment type.
What Is our Payment Policy?
Orders under €1,000: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Orders over €1,000: 80% deposit to begin; remaining 20% due before pickup or delivery.
