We ship to Germany, EU, and the United Kingdom. Each order is packed with love, so please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Note that all prices on our site are listed in EUR. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll discuss the return options.

Useful information about delivery and returns
You can purchase your items online and have them shipped directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free within Germany. When you purchase 5 products, shipping to all EU countries and the United Kingdom is free for you. We use DHL to ensure your orders arrive on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you’ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and the delivery time. You can also choose a faster delivery method for each item in your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

How to Measure Shoulder Width:
To measure across the back from one shoulder to the other, lay a well-fitting jacket flat and measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
How to Measure Bust:
Measure around the fullest part of the bust. This measurement is taken above the band of your bra.
How to Measure Waist:
Measure the smallest part of the waist. The natural waist is below the rib cage and usually above the bellybutton.  Do not take this measurement around the waistband
How to Measure Hip:
The hip measurement is taken at the widest part of the hips (around your bottom!)

FAQ

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with all shipping information. We will of course send you an update about your order should anything be out of the ordinary. You can find the most up-to-date delivery times at the checkout. You can track your order via our Tracking Portal. There you can find details regarding delivery of your package by entering your email address and order number. Please keep in mind that it might take 24-48 hours from the moment your parcel is shipped for tracking information to be updated.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead. If you bought an item with a discount code and wish to re-order it in a different size, we can re-apply the discount code for you. Just get in touch and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new one.
We accept return within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that we will apply a return fee, that will be deducted from the refunded amount. We will charge a return fee used to send the goods to you. As soon as your return has been handled, you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order. Our return process takes up to 5 -7 days from when our warehouse receive the items. During peak seasons, the handling time for returns might be slightly longer.
1. Secure Packaging of the Product: If possible, use the original packaging of the product to protect it. Ensure that the product is well-secured to avoid damage during transit. Add extra cushioning materials such as bubble wrap or packing paper if necessary. Seal the package carefully with strong packing tape to prevent it from opening during transport. 2. Attaching the Return Address: Affix the return label provided to you prominently on the package. Make sure any old shipping labels or barcodes are removed or obscured to avoid confusion. 3. Taking the Return to the Package Shop: Take the packaged and labeled item to your preferred package shop or post office. Ensure that the return is sent with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the return status and ensure the package reaches us. 4. Keeping the Tracking Number: Keep the receipt and the tracking number until the refund or exchange is completed. This serves as proof in case of any issues or delays with the return.
