Service Agreement: Custom-Made Outfit-Draft
This agreement is entered into on September 12, 2025, between the following parties:

1. Scope of Agreement
The tailor agrees to create a custom-made outfit for the client based on the specifications outlined below.
1.1 Reference Image
The image provided by the client will serve as the design reference. The tailor will make every effort to replicate the design as accurately as possible.
1.2 Fabric Details
Measurements
Measurements are specified in the contract and will be available for download once payment is received.
1.4 Special Requirements
The skin-colored dress will be the main dress while the white outfit will serve as the inspiration of the veil. The bust area of the dress should look like the picture showing only the bust area. The dress length will be made shorter than what is in the picture provided by the client
2. Payment
2.1 Total Cost
The total cost for the outfit is €1700.
2.2 Payment Terms
80% payment of 1360€ must be paid or you can pay 100% if you wish to do so.
If 80% is paid, then the remaining 20% should be completed before coming for second fitting.
Payments are accepted exclusively in advance (prepayment). Transfers must be made to the bank account displayed during the checkout process. The order number must always be stated as payment reference.
Should the customer choose an alternative payment method that incurs fees for the tailor (e.g., transaction costs), these fees shall be borne in full by the customer.
2.3 Refund Policy
The agreement may be terminated by either party. Services already rendered must be appropriately compensated.
3. Timeline
3.1 Completion Date
The outfit is scheduled for completion by Oktober 30th, 2025.

Any changes made after design approval or modifications required after the first and second fittings will incur additional costs starting from €30
5. Responsibility for Fabric
The tailor assumes no responsibility for any defects in the fabric provided by the client, such as tears or stains.
6. Social Media Publication
The client grants the tailor permission to photograph the custom-made outfit on a mannequin or dress form. These images may be published on the tailor's social media channels after the date of the event for which the outfit was made. No personal data of the client will be shared unless explicit consent is given.
7. Agreement
By downloading or signing this agreement, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
