Service Agreement: Custom-Made Outfit
This agreement is entered into on June 29, 2025, between the following parties:

1. Scope of Agreement

The tailor agrees to create a custom-made outfit for the client based on the specifications outlined below.

1.1 Reference Image

The image provided by the client will serve as the design reference. The tailor will make every effort to replicate the design as accurately as possible.

1.2 Fabric Details

• Quantity: 5.48 meters
• Type and Color: African print fabric in a combination of yellow, blue, orange, black, and cream.

1.3 Measurements

Measurements are specified in the contract and will be available for download once payment is received.

1.4 Special Requirements

The dress will be made in a mermaid silhouette, with a flowing, floor-length hem. The waist will be constructed in a basque style using satin fabric. Padding will be added around the hip area to emphasize the silhouette. The bust area will be adorned with a black applique.

2. Payment

2.1 Total Cost

The total cost for the outfit is €320.

2.2 Payment Terms

The full amount of €320 is payable in advance.

2.3 Refund Policy

The agreement may be terminated by either party. Services already rendered must be appropriately compensated.

3. Timeline

3.1 Completion Date

The outfit is scheduled for completion by August 2, 2025.

4. Fittings and Alterations

4.1 Fittings

• Fitting appointments can be booked starting from July 26, 2025, via www.nnedi.store.
• The client is entitled to two fitting appointments.

4.2 Alterations

Any changes made after design approval or modifications required after the first and second fittings will incur additional costs starting from €30.

5. Responsibility for Fabric

The tailor assumes no responsibility for any defects in the fabric provided by the client, such as tears or stains.

6. Social Media Publication

The client grants the tailor permission to photograph the custom-made outfit on a mannequin or dress form. These images may be published on the tailor's social media channels after the date of the event for which the outfit was made. No personal data of the client will be shared unless explicit consent is given.

7. Agreement

By downloading or signing this agreement, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
