Service Agreement: Custom-Made Outfit
This agreement is made on 07. Juli 2025 between the following parties:

1. Scope of Agreement
The tailor agrees to create a custom-made outfit for the client based on the following specifications.
1.1 Reference Image
The image provided by the client will serve as design reference. The tailor will strive to replicate the design as accurately as possible.
1.2 Fabric Details
The fabric will be provided by the Tailor
Type and Color: Beaded lace fabric in champagne gold
1.3 Measurements
Measurements are specified in the contract and will be available for download once payment is received.
1.4 Special Requirements
The Dress will be made in champagne gold color.
2. Payment
2.1 Total Cost
The total cost for the outfit is €1200
2.2 Payment Terms
80% payment of 960€ must be paid or you can pay 100%.
If 80% is paid, then the remaining 20% should be completed before coming for second fitting.
Payments are accepted exclusively in advance (prepayment). Transfers must be made to the bank account displayed during the checkout process. The order number must always be stated as payment reference.
Should the customer choose an alternative payment method that incurs fees for the tailor (e.g., transaction costs), these fees shall be borne in full by the customer.
2.3 Refund Policy
This agreement may be terminated by either party. Any services already rendered must be compensated appropriately.
3. Timeline
3.1 Completion Date
The outfit is scheduled to be completed by October 2nd, 2025.

Any design changes after approval, or alterations following the first or second fitting will incur additional charges starting from €30.
The tailor is not liable for defects in fabrics provided by the client, such as tears or stains.
6. Social Media Publishing
The client grants the tailor permission to photograph the finished outfit on a mannequin or dress form. These images may be published for promotional purposes on the tailor’s social media channels after the date of the event for which the outfit was made. No personal information will be shared unless the client gives explicit consent.
7. Consent
By downloading or signing this agreement, the client confirms acceptance of the terms outlined above.
