Service Agreement: Custom-Tailored Outfit

This agreement is made on June 25, 2025, between the following parties:

1. Agreement

The tailor agrees to create a custom-tailored outfit for the client based on the details provided below:

1.1 Reference Image

The image provided by the client serves as the design template. The tailor will strive to replicate the design as accurately as possible.

1.2 Fabric Details

• The fabric is provided by the Tailor.

1.3 Type and Color: Metallic Aso Oke in a rich chocolate brown shade, as depicted in the image featuring the lady in the brown dress

1.4 Measurements

As stated in the contract, available for download after payment.

1.4 Special Requirements

The dress will be made without embroidery, but with cut-out Chantilly lace to be placed on the dress. The Tailor will also be making an auto gele and an Ipele

2. Payment
2.1 Total Cost
The total cost for the outfit is 585€

2.2 Payment Terms
Full payment of 585€ is required.

2.3 Refund Policy

The contract may be terminated by either party. Any services provided must be compensated.

3. Timeline

3.1 Completion Date

The outfit is expected to be completed by September 11, 2025.

4. Fittings and Adjustments

4.1 Fittings

• Fitting appointments can be booked from 5th September 2025, via Nnedi.store

• The client is entitled to two fitting sessions.

4.2 Alterations

• Any changes made after the design has been approved, or any adjustments to measurements after the first and second fittings, will incur additional costs starting from €30.

5. Fabric Responsibility

Nnedi is not responsible for defects in the fabric provided by the client, such as tears or stains.

6. Social Media Publication

The client grants the tailor permission to photograph the custom-made dress on a dress form or mannequin. These photos may be published for promotional purposes on the tailor’s social media channels after the date of the event for which the dress was made. No personal information about the client will be shared unless the client gives explicit consent.

7. Consent

By downloading this contract, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
