Service Agreement: Custom-Made Outfit
This agreement is made on June 23, 2025, between the following parties:

1. Scope of Agreement

The tailor agrees to create three custom-made outfits (one dress, one traditional African men's top with long sleeves, and one with short sleeves) for the client and her husband based on the specifications outlined below.

1.1 Reference Images

The images provided by the client will serve as design references. The tailor will make every effort to replicate the designs as faithfully as possible.

1.2 Fabric Details

The fabric will be supplied by the client.

First Fabric:

• Quantity: 1.86 meters
• Type and Color: 100% African print fabric in a combination of light yellow, blue, black, and light blue

Second Fabric:

• Quantity: 5.51 meters
• Type and Color: 100% African print fabric in black, white, and gold

1.3 Measurements

1.3.1 Measurements – Yolland Firmino:
As stated in a separate document, available for download after payment.

1.3.2 Measurements – Husband:
As stated in a separate document, available for download after payment.

2. Payment

2.1 Total Cost

• Original price: €235
• After 10% discount: €211.50

2.2 Payment Terms

The full amount of €211.50 is due in advance.

2.3 Refund Policy

This agreement may be terminated by either party. Any services already rendered must be appropriately compensated.

3. Timeline

3.1 Completion Date

The outfits are scheduled to be completed by July 21, 2025.

4. Fittings and Alterations

4.1 Fittings

• Fitting appointments can be booked from July 22, 2025 via www.nnedi.store.
• The client is entitled to two fitting sessions.

4.2 Alterations

Design changes after approval or adjustments beyond the two fittings will incur additional charges starting at €30.

5. Liability for Fabric

The tailor is not liable for any defects in the fabric provided by the client, such as tears, stains, or other material flaws.

6. Social Media Publication

The client grants the tailor permission to photograph the finished outfit on a mannequin or garment stand. These photos may be published on the tailor’s social media platforms after the date of the event for which the outfit is intended. No personal information will be disclosed without the client's explicit consent.

7. Agreement

By downloading or signing this contract, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
