Service Agreement: Custom-Tailored Outfit

This agreement is made on June 23, 2025, between the following parties:

1. Agreement
The tailor agrees to create three custom-tailored outfits (one dress, long and short sleeves traditional African men’s top) for the client and her Spouse based on the details provided below:

1.1 Reference Image
The images provided by the client serve as the design template. The tailor will strive to replicate the design as accurately as possible.

1.2 Fabric Details

• The fabric was provided by the client.

• Quantity: 5.51 meters
• Measurements: Yolla

• Quantity: 1.86 meters
• Type and Color: 100% African print fabric with a color combination of light yellow, blue, black, and light Blue

Second fabric

• Type and Color: 100% African print fabric with a color combination of black, white and Gold

• Dress full length: 167,64 cm
• Bust: 104 cm
• Hip: 119 cm
• Waist: 92 cm

1.3.2 Measurement: Yolla’s Spouse

Top short length: 81.28 cm

Top long length: 91.44 cm

Chest width: 114.3 cm

Stomach: 86.36 cm

Shoulder: 50.8 cm

Neck: 43.18 cm

Round armhole: 54.61 cm

Long sleeve length: 67.31 cm

Short sleeve length: 27.94 cm

2. Payment

2.1 Total Cost

The total cost for the outfit is 235€.
Including 10% Discount 211,50€

2.2 Payment Terms

Full payment of 211,50€ is required.

2.3 Refund Policy
The contract may be terminated by either party. Any services provided must be compensated.

3. Timeline

3.1 Completion Date
The outfit is expected to be completed by July 21, 2025.

4. Fittings and Adjustments

4.1 Fittings

• Fitting appointments can be booked from July 22, 2025, via Nnedi.store.
• The client is entitled to two fitting sessions.

4.2 Alterations

• Any changes after agreement of the design or adjustments due to changes in measurements will incur additional costs starting from €30.

5. Fabric Responsibility
Nnedi is not responsible for defects in the fabric provided by the client, such as tears or stains.

6. Social Media Publication

The client grants the tailor permission to photograph the custom-made dress on a dress form or mannequin. These photos may be published for promotional purposes on the tailor’s social media channels after the date of the event for which the dress was made. No personal information about the client will be shared unless the client gives explicit consent.
