Buchen Sie eine Beratung, für eine Maßanfertigung oder für die vollständige Anpassung oder Umgestaltung eines fertigen Kleidungsstücks, werden Sie im Formular unter „Widerruf“ gefragt, ob der Termin vor Ablauf der vierzehntägigen Widerrufsfrist stattfinden darf. Liegt Ihr Wunschtermin innerhalb dieser Frist, brauchen wir dafür Ihr ausdrückliches Verlangen; mit der vollständigen Durchführung des Termins erlischt Ihr Widerrufsrecht dann (§ 8 AGB, § 356 Abs. 4 BGB). Wählen Sie „Nein“, melden wir uns und legen den Termin hinter die Frist. Bei Terminen für klassische Änderungen und Reparaturen entfällt die Frage, diese Termine sind kostenlos.

If you book a consultation, for a custom-made piece or for the complete refitting or redesign of a finished garment, the form asks under “Withdrawal” whether the appointment may take place before the fourteen-day withdrawal period ends. If your preferred date falls within that period we need your express request; once the appointment has been carried out in full your right of withdrawal ends (§ 8 of our terms, § 356(4) German Civil Code). If you choose “No” we will contact you and move the appointment beyond the period. For classic alteration and repair appointments the question does not arise, those appointments are free of charge.

Kosten und Zahlung
Beratung: Für eine Maßanfertigung oder wenn ein fertiges Kleidungsstück komplett angepasst oder im Design verändert werden soll (mehr als eine einfache Änderung), ist der Beratungstermin kostenpflichtig: 60 Minuten 30 €. Erteilen Sie im Anschluss den Auftrag, wird die Beratungsgebühr vollständig vom Gesamtbetrag des Auftrags abgezogen, Sie zahlen sie also nicht zusätzlich.
Klassische Änderungen und Reparaturen, zum Beispiel Hosen, Röcke oder Blusen kürzen, Knöpfe annähen, Nähte und Reißverschlüsse: Der Termin ist kostenlos. Sie vereinbaren nur, wann Sie Ihr Kleidungsstück vorbeibringen; der Preis für die Arbeit wird Ihnen vor Beginn mitgeteilt. Aufwendige Änderungen, ein fertiges Stück komplett anpassen oder umgestalten, sind eine Beratung: buchbar als „Anspruchsvolle Änderung / Design-Änderung, Beratung 60 Min“ für 30 €, bei Auftrag vollständig angerechnet.
Anprobe / Abholung: Die Folgetermine zu einer Maßanfertigung oder anspruchsvollen Änderung (erste Anprobe, zweite Anprobe, Abholung) und den Abholtermin nach einer klassischen Änderung buchen Sie unter Anprobe / Abholung. Diese Termine sind kostenlos.
Die Beratungsgebühr zahlen Sie direkt bei der Buchung: Nach dem Absenden erscheint der Zahlungsschritt mit Überweisung, PayPal (auch Kreditkarte ohne PayPal-Konto) oder Kreditkarte über Stripe. Mit einer elektronischen Zahlung ist der Termin sofort verbindlich bestätigt, bei Überweisung nach Geldeingang; die Bestätigung mit Zahlungsbeleg kommt per E-Mail. Möchten Sie später zahlen, finden Sie Ihren persönlichen Zahlungslink in der Termin-E-Mail. Keine Zahlungsart kostet einen Aufschlag. Einzelheiten in § 3 bis § 5 unserer AGB.
Fees and payment
Consultation: For a custom-made piece, or when a finished garment is to be completely refitted or its design changed (more than a simple alteration), the consultation appointment is chargeable: 60 minutes €30. If you then place the order, the consultation fee is deducted in full from the total order amount, you do not pay it on top.
Classic alterations and repairs, for example shortening trousers, skirts or blouses, sewing on buttons, seams and zips: The appointment is free of charge. You simply arrange when to bring your garment in; the price for the work is quoted before we start. Complex alterations, completely refitting or redesigning a finished garment, are a consultation: book “Complex or design alteration, consultation 60 min” for €30, credited in full if you place the order.
Fitting / collection: The follow-up appointments for a custom-made piece or a complex alteration (first fitting, second fitting, collection) and the collection appointment after a classic alteration are booked under Fitting / collection. These appointments are free of charge.
The consultation fee is paid directly when booking: after you submit the form, the payment step appears with bank transfer, PayPal (credit card without a PayPal account, too) or credit card via Stripe. With an electronic payment the appointment is firmly confirmed at once, with bank transfer once the money arrives; the confirmation with payment receipt comes by e-mail. If you prefer to pay later, your personal payment link is in the appointment e-mail. No payment method carries a surcharge. Details in sections 3 to 5 of our terms.
