Die Beratung findet in der Schneiderei statt oder, wenn Sie möchten, online per Videogespräch (im Browser, ohne App); das wählen Sie im Formular.
Bitte prüfen Sie vor der Buchung unsere Preise. Die Beratungsgebühr beträgt 30 € für 60 Minuten. Sie erhalten eine Buchungsbestätigung per E-Mail. Erteilen Sie nach der Beratung den Auftrag für ein Kleidungsstück, wird die Beratungsgebühr vollständig vom Gesamtbetrag abgezogen.
A consultation is for a new piece, or when a finished garment is to be completely refitted or redesigned: we talk through fabric, cut and length, and take your measurements. The consultation takes place at the studio or, if you prefer, online by video call (in your browser, no app needed); you choose your preferred option in the form.
Please review our prices before booking. The consultation fee is €30 for 60 minutes. You will receive a booking confirmation by email. If you place an order for a garment following your consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted in full from the total order amount.

Sobald die Beratung vollständig durchgeführt wurde, erlischt Ihr Widerrufsrecht für die Buchung gemäß § 356 Abs. 4 BGB und § 8 unserer AGB.

Under “Withdrawal”, the form asks whether you would like your consultation to take place before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended. If you choose “Yes”, you agree to have your consultation within this period. Once the consultation has been completed in full, your right to withdraw from the booking ends, in accordance with § 356(4) of the German Civil Code and § 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
If you choose “No”, we will contact you to arrange an appointment after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
